I love the detail of the hand in this picture...it looks like a 3D pic.Wow! I am going to have a daughter!!! I have been a mom for almost 12 years now....but only to boys!! All that is about to change! Wow. I am excited, thrilled, and nervous...all at once. John and the kids are all super happy. We are adding a little princess warrior to our clan! :) I can't really wrap my brain around it yet...it's so new.
I knew in my heart who she was for months now, as did John, but it is still so wild. We are thrilled to welcome "Wisdom" and "Joy" into our home through little Sophia Joy.
Be blessed little one, grow in grace and favor, and be strong.....see you soon! God has knit you together, you are perfectly and wonderfully made. We love you Sophia!

Mel, if you are right, which I will just believe you are, than wow...my boys have been SO easy and fun, that this little girl must be a little angel!! I receive it!! Thanks!! :) I believe she will be easy and laid back and just a real "Joy"!!! :)

Congratulations Jess! I am so excited for you. I don't know what it is like to have boys, so all I know is girls! And Sophia Joy is a FABULOUS name if I say so myself. Who would have thought when we were in Jr. High together that we would both have daugthers and name them Sophia! Sophie Love and Sophia Joy. I love it! Now if we could only live closer together. :)

Sab..I know, isn't that cool...I almost didn't realize that because you always refer to your Sophia as Sophie....and I thought maybe that was her actual name. John has already started calling this little one Sophie too! :) I still call her Sophia so far. It is so cool how close their names are....Love and Joy....what a pair huh?? :)

I am more and more excited. I was a little sad because I wanted a girl so bad but I am SO excited he's a boy now. He's totally going to be a Mommy's boy. :o) And he can protect his little sister someday. I figured it would be a boy because that was the name we both knew right away. Funny how that works!! Hope you and Sophia are doing good!
