Baby Names!!! Give us your 2 cents...
OK, so we just can't settle on THE perfect name for a boy or girl. We have it down to 2 names for a girl, and 5 for a boy. So, we thought we would throw them out there and see what you all think. Let us know. :) Thanks!!
GIRLS
1. Sophia Joy (means: Wisdom)
2. Ava Joy (means: Life, Voice, Sound, Bearer of Good News)
Joy is my middle name.
BOYS
1. Liam Issac (means: unwavering protector)
2. Luke Issac (means: Light, bringer of light, light giving)
3. Evan Issac (means: young warrior,God is good, Rock, John, Good Messenger)
4. Maximus (Max) Graham (means: the greatest)
5. Jude Issac (means: praise, thanks)
By the way, Issac means "laughter", and Graham was my legal maiden name...so Maximus (aka Max) would be "the greatest Graham Cagle" :).

my vote is for Ava Joy , Sophia is becoming so common. For a boy I vote for Jude because it is so cool! Plus you have a Josiah and a Johnny so Jude just goes. :) But I think it is really cute. Well there is my two cents. :)

My votes are Ava and Max, but I really like all of them. That is a hard choice!
I like Ava Joy and Luke. Second choice on boy names woudl be Jude. But I like Graham as a first name too.

I totally just posted a blog about what names we have picked out and Ava is our girl name!! So, obviously I say Ava!! :o) But Sophia is a middle name we like too! So, I'm not really a help with a girl name cause I LOVE both! :o) I also love Luke and Liam. But like everyone else has said Jude would keep the "J" in the family! So, really I'm not help! They are all great names though!
Karen...haha, nope, it's not really helping much but it sure is fun!! :) It makes me feel good that every name I have picked has someone who likes it!! :) Maybe I will just have to have a BUNCH more kids so I can use ALL these names!!! :)
I like AVA JOY!!! Sophia is pretty too. But Ava Cagle, it just goes.
I think I like Max, simply because it is SO John. :) If you want to keep the J's going pick Jude, but of course I like that name because that is one of the MANY nicknames we have for Judah! Plus then you could sing the Beattles song "Hey Jude" to him.
I don't like Liam. Isn't that what Tori Spelling named her first baby?

Well I love Sophia since that is Bella's middle name. But I did actually want to name her Ava so I guess I don't know! But for a boy I like Luke and Evan!

I like Sophia Joy...that's really cute! And Liam...it isn't common like so many names...Ava reminds me of my niece...her name is Avika and goes by Avi...she's a cutie! My sons name is Kyler Matheu "Handsome gift from God" we picked out our names too!!!

OK, I will answer the Ireland question. :) That was our girl name back when we were dating, like 10 years or so ago. We also knew we would name one of our boys John Philip II (aka Johnny)! :) But, I think we have just kinda outgrown that name, and we are really big of meanings of names and well Ireland...means Ireland. :)
I'm not going to be much help here! I like both Sophia and Ava for a girl. I love the name Liam and I really like all the other boy names. You have a tough decision to make. I think Ava and Jude would be cute if you have twins!!!!!

Here is my best "non parent" advice - who do you want your child to become? In my experience with names and their meaning, the child/person really does become what their name means. Choose a strong name that reflects a personality trait you want to be a part of you family.
Ava and Liam. Love both of them.
