I am a child of God. I live to know Him more. My kids rock my world, they make every day more meaningful as they find joy and wonder in the most simple things. They continually teach me what it means to be a "child" of God and remind me how much God truly loves me, just as I am...just like I love them. I live in continual awe of God's love for me and His hand in my life. One thing I know for sure is that we can't add to, or take away from, God's love for us. Nothing we have done, or will ever do, can seperate us from His love. I am just SO thankful. There is no shame in the Kingdom of God. He invites us to come boldly to His throne of grace...not confident in ourselves or thinking we deserve it...but coming boldly because we are confident in His love toward us and His character. I will forever sing His praise.

So I think the best voice, was Melinda Doolittle, however I think the reason she didn't get voted on is that Blake and Jordin are more marketable... not that Jordin and Blake can't sing, they both sing great. Derrick and I were talking about that, Melinda had a different image, unlike Blake who is set up to be the next Justin Timberlake. So we'll see who wins! I know I have issues with the show... I record it it then watch it right after it airs, so I don't have to wait for the results...
Ohmigosh again~~this AI stuff has got to stop. I cannot WAIT for it to be over. The only reason why people here want Blake to win is because he's from WA, if he wasn't then whatever.

Blake will win because he is diffrent than any other winner before on American Idol. I called he would win at the top 10. Lets see if I'm right??
I have to say Blake. Only because I NEVER watch the show so it's the only name I know, from watching the news! Ha ha!

Em, I agree... I think Melinda was the best voice and an amazing performer.
But, she is just not contemporary enough and I can't see her being very marketable as an artist in today's music industry.
Jordin is an amazing singer, but so far she hasn't really defined who she is or could be as an artist...she is more just an AMAZING singer...but I don't think she has figured out her style or image yet. But, she is only 17...with help from the right people I think she could really figure out who is she and what she wants to do and have a great career.
So, that leaves Blake...I, with Melissa, thought he would win from the start, simply because he is very marketable and his beat boxing (sp??) is SO cool and unique. He can dance too...he really knows what he does well and who he is, and he sticks to it and does it well.
So....my bet is still with Blake.
This year however, I LOVED all of the top 3 and would have been happy to see any of them win. :)
I dont really watch American Idol all that much but the closer it has gotten to the end the more attention i pay. I think Blake will win based soley on the fact that it seems that the person everyone thinks will will never does. I think a lot of people think Jordin will win so that is why I think Blake will. ha!
