Why I don't homeschool :).......
Yesterday in the car, my 10 year old Josiah, informs me that he is non-partisan. (Did you catch that he's only 10!) :)
He said it's because he agrees with many Republican views and some Democrat ones as well. They both have some valid points, he tells me.
Then he says that if he could vote he would vote for Republican Presidential candidate, Mitt Romney.
Let me admit that I had NO idea of what he was even talking about. :)
Josiah said he was watching a program about presidential candidates, and he really liked what Mitt Romney stood for and had to say.
Really?
How could I homeschool this kid, I think he could homeschool me!!!! :)
**disclaimer** I am a fan of homeschooling, this is not a slam against it in any way. That comment was just to be funny. I am sure there are ways to home school children who are smarter then you. :)

Jess,
how funny! and no I did not take any offense as a homeschooler lol. I know it is not for everyone..and to be honest many times I too have actually learned from the kids! Heck I feel like I need a PHD just to stay a step behind Hunter and he is four. lol
Josiah is such an intellectual kid. Very smart, very intelligent and very sweet. oh and as Krista says "soooo cute".
love,
Jenny
You're hilarious, Jess. I loved the title, and admit that it intrigued me!
;-)
(And if I can do it, you could...if y'wanted to!)

Jess,
Josiah sounds like such a serious little man, an "old soul" at the age of ten. You and John must be very proud of him. Thanks for stopping by and being so kind regarding my before shots,I still think they are pretty bad;)I also appreciate your encouragement and advice, I am doing exactly what you said with the running and each day I can run alittle longer!
God Bless~

Isn't that Matt guy the one who is Mormon?
Yes, he is a mormon. And although we don't agree with all their beliefs... Josiah figured someone who believed in the bible, has very high morals and values, considers themselves Christian, and has a VERY strong fear of God was better then some of the other options. :)
And just a reminder..this post has nothing to do with homeschooling..that was just a catchy title and my attempt at humor!!! :)
I hear ya, sister! I feel the same way about Gavin! He is only 7 and I know I would have to go back to school in order to homeschool him! Josiah's comments are so funny and cute! Have you watched that show, "Are you smarter than a 5th grader?" You are not alone! Ha!
The only reason I know who Mitt Romney is is because he was the governor of Massachusetts. lol.I would be hopeless if I ever tried to homeschool my future children.
That is awesome! I'm taking a Political Science class right now and I don't even know what I would vote yet! Go Josiah!
