Christmas!
These pics look better if you click on them....
The Boys! All ready to open presents!
I love how Johnny is looking up to Josiah in this pic with his hand resting on Josiah's knee...I didn't even notice that when I took it.
Johnny showing off a new book. :) I love how happy my Dad looks in the background. He finds so much joy in the boys.
Johnny's first guitar!! Christmas was great this year. We started off Christmas Eve with a special candle light service at our church. I directed it this year for the first time, that was a little stressful.. but fun and I learned a lot! Everyone did so great! I was SO very proud of our team. I sang in it as well, and Josiah performed with the kids choir. I'll try to get some pics up from that soon.
After church our dear friends, Brent and Danae, came over and had a Christmas Eve lunch with us. That night I fixed a prime rib dinner for just me and my 3 boys :)..it was GOOD and then my parents came down to watch the boys open presents. It was nice and relaxed.
John's girls joined us late on Christmas Eve, opened their gifts and stayed the night. The girls have a babysitting job and this year they spoiled us with gifts!! It was so sweet! They picked out great gifts!
John and I got up early on Christmas Day and made breakfast and made sure the stockings were hung with care :). When the kids got up, we had breakfast and then John had to go to work :(. That was sad... but we made the most of it. The kids and I packed up and headed over to my Mom's for Christmas Day dinner. My brother and his wife came along with their 4 kids. We played games and ate some amazing food!
The day after Christmas was very special as two of our best friends, Justin and Karon, were in town from Reno and they came out and spent the day with us. It was a wonderful, sweet time with such dear friends. We miss them a lot, but still feel so close and connected. That is a gift that we cherish.
That's about it! I wish I had more pictures but we were horrible about taking them this year!! We had totally planned on doing a family photo in front of the tree but forgot! Oh well, you all know what we look like! :)
Merry Christmas and HAPPY NEW YEAR from the Cagle Clan!!!

Those are great pictures!! John is a future guitar player for sure=)
Looks like you guys had a great Christma. I just have to ask though. What is Josiah wearing? A dress shrit with basket ball shorts? I'll assume that he got that shirt for Christmas and wanted to put it on. :)
