2-0!!!!
This post is for you, Justin and Kurt! Josiah's basketball team, The Jazz, is currently UNDEFEATED!!!! OK, so I know we are only 2 games in to the season. :) But, this is Josiah's first year in sports where they actually keep score and have rules and stuff...it is SO fun! Up until now, every year has just been about how cute they are...but this year...it's serious business!! :) I have to admit, it does make it much more exciting to watch. OK, so here is some stats for you sports people out there...His first game the score was 12 to 4, his second game the score was 28 to 7!!!! Josiah scored 8 points and had 3 assists that game!! Of coarse I have NO idea what that means, but it sounds really cool!!! :) I do understand when he makes a basket, or has a good pass, and I cheer real loud for him! :) My husband fills me in on the rest. But, I am not one of "those" moms, I do still clap for the other team when they score and stuff...they are only 9 years old after all! It's been a lot of fun so far this season, Josiah has an awesome coach and a really good team. He really is growing up, weird. It's neat to watch him learn all the lessons that sports teaches, like being a "team player", having good sportsmanship...that kind of stuff. Who knows, I might even fully understand the game of basketball before this season is over! :) GO JAZZ!!!!!!
