OK, this picture totally cracks me up! It completely captures a "moment". Let me explain this for you. This is John being slighty defiant. :) This is the response I sometimes get when I ask him to do something he doesn't want to, which in this case was most likely to sit down and eat. Notice the closed eyes, that means "I can't see you". Notice the arm motion and the turning of the body, that means "I don't hear you". The open mouth, well I'm not sure I can explain it, there is no sound coming out of it, but that is how he forms his mouth when he is pretending he doesn't see or hear me. It totally cracks me up. I know this look so well, and I'm so glad to have it captured forever on film! It's as if he is saying, "Do you hear somebody talking... because I don't." :)
My big boy!! I won, he is sitting down. :) Here's John sitting at a regular chair, so nicely, and eating with a spoon (not just his fingers!). He will be 2 in just a little under 4 months, I can't believe how fast it goes. I love staying home with him, and being able to just savor these moments as they fly right by. By the time we have another, I will be
so ready to hold a newborn in my arms again. Almost there, not quite though :o)

Jess--it is good to "visit" with you! You have a wonderful looking family. I'm happy to see God's blessing in such an evident way. --Rachel
Way to go, Jess...Mama's gotta win every time!
:-)
And I can't believe you're not ready for a new little one...come on, girl! It gets easy after that!!!
:-D
That picture cracks me up since I was there to see it happen. Almost Disney world time! Are you so excited? Take careful notes and tell me all the best places to go.
Rachel, it is so good to be back in touch with you as well! Thank you for the nice things you said. Karen, not all of us are super women like you. :) I'm all about getting one out of diapers before the next one comes, I'm a little lazy like that! Mo- I will take notes for you of coarse! Where are you staying when you go?
Oh, diapers-schmipers...are they REALLY that big of a deal?
:-)
I'm no superwoman, Jess...just under a lot of grace, just like the rest.
God is always good.
:-)
Hello,
Sorry for offending you like that. Sometimes when I get to ryhming i just can't help myself. But when one has such creativity like myself, I am able to change it all at the drop of a hat ;-) Anyhow check out the new heading when you get a chance. I'am not about the hate, I'am all about the love!
peace
Tony
Karen, you really are super women, you are amazing! Don't ever doubt it! Well, diapers aren't really that big of a deal, but it sounded like a good reason. :) I have two "real" reasons. One is slighty vain, so I won't go there :). The other is simply I want John to stay my baby for awhile longer, I love having so much time for just him during the day right now. That will be a thing of the past soon enough! :)
Tony, you're sweet. You didn't offend me, I just felt I had to say something, ya know? No worries. You really didn't have to change your blog title on my account, but that is very gentlemen like of you. :) I'll check it out.
Jess
Yeah I know Kurt. He was in MC many years ago in spokane.
Thanks for helping me get rid of people's comments. But I am keeping your incredibly long one on my page ;-)
peace
Tony
