SURPRISE!!!!!!!!!!
LAST NIGHT MY HUSBAND SURPRISED ME WITH A TRIP TO.....CANCUN!!!!!!!!!
Can you believe it? I am in shock! We are going next month for our 7 year anniversary!
This was a TOTAL surprise!!!!!
I'm so excited and John was SO excited to tell me. He wasn't gonna tell me and just take me as a total surprise but he couldn't stand it anymore. :)
The pictures above are of our hotel!!! Beautiful..huh?!
Cancun is on the Caribbean Sea side so, it is like the Bahamas with it's white sand beaches and crystal blue warm waters.
The only time I have ever gone to Mexico was on mission trips..this is gonna be a little different! :) Especially the accommodations!
I have one month to hit the gym hard so I can eat everything when I get there!!! :)
I can't believe we have been married 7 years either..it has flown by! I still think we are newlyweds sometimes. I love you John...you still give me butterflies.

Wow Jess what a great hubby you have! Have a great time! I am definitely jealous but happy for you! Congrats on 7 years.
we are going to vegas for our 10th and renew our vows just for fun in one of those silly wedding chapels where we have elvis walk me down the isle or marry us or something just so we can be crazy and do something fun. :) lol
I am sure you will take lots o pics for us to see when you get back! do you scrapbook at all?

You will have so much fun! It is great to get away and reconnect with just the two of you! I am assuming it is just for the two of you! Hey if your 7 year is coming that means ours is too.... I can't beilieve it has been 7 years either. Wow time flies... yet so much has happened in 7 years! Again have fun!

We are totally giddy!
It will be a bit of a challenge for me to leave behind John II (he is only 2!!)..but I know once we get there I will be just fine!! :)
I am glad to see John has raised the bar for some other husbands out there. :)
John and I try to always make time to "date" each other..it's so important. Whatever your budget..make alone time with your spouse a top priority. It is so vital. Sometimes you don't even realize you have disconnected a bit until you get away together and reconnect.
I know that stuff always happens to me. Its a bit scary.
My brother and his wife went to cancun and they loved it! Have fun!

The whole concert was last minute and I was able to take anyone with me. First we were going to work, and then we weren't and then I got called at 9:30 am to go down, but with no ticket. The marketing director gave me a ticket, but I had no time to have anyone come down...but to make you happy I didn't get to see her! Sorry it didn't work out...next time!
