Sophia Joy turned ONE!!!!!!
Sophia turned one this past weekend and we had a FULL few days of celebrating with family and dear friends. What a very special time it was. I regret not getting better pictures of her with those who came to celebrate her. :-( My friend of 31 years, Bekah, even came from Oregon to celebrate with us! And Jessy and I had our complete "Baby Mama" moment and I have no pictures of it! But I was focused on other things....luckily John got great video and big sis Taylor got lots of pictures of Sophia at least! :-)

LOL...not the best picture..haha, but this was pretty much the only picture of Sophia and any of her guests!! That is Sweet Cohen and Precious EJ! Sophia showered them with kisses! Lucky guys. :-)
When I was pregnant with Sophia, I actually prayed that she would have Noelle's sense of humor. :-) I think it worked.

What a great weekend! It was full of special memories and it was emotional for me as I thought back on her birth and the first year of her life. This has been a tough year for us in many ways, but through it all Sophia was such a joy and just a true gift that got me through the hardest of days. She is such a reminder to me of God's love. I adore that little girl...she just melts my heart. She has captured the hearts of not only me, but she totally has her daddy and her brothers right in the palm of her hand. A lucky girl indeed. :-) Happy First Birthday My Sweet Princess! I love you Sophia Joy!!
Thank you all SO much who came and celebrated with us and showered Sophia with love and gifts, it meant so much to us!!

So precious! Sophia, we love you and will never forget the time that you spent with us here in Reno. We loved having you around and at first our lives felt a little empty with out you around to fill it. Grace and Judah still talk about you and want to see you. They were sad when they realized they wouldn't be there to see you turn one, we all were.
You truly are a joy and a love. We hope you had the happiest of birthdays! Many more to come!

Thanks so much for inviting us to her first birthday. She is such a sweet little girl and now I understand why Johnny wants you to have 102 babies, with a little sister like Sophia I don't blame him!!!!!! She really does put a smile on my face every time I see her!
