Johnny's 1st day of school!!!!!! :)

I know every mom says this but....I can't believe my baby started school!!! OK OK, so he only goes 2 days a week, for 2 hours, but this is a BIG deal! This is his very first year of preschool and he is following in his brother's footsteps and going to a WONDERFUL Christian Preschool and Kindergarten. He will spend 2 years in Preschool and then go to Kindergarten there too. Our little boy is growing up....once they start they just never turn back :). You blink and you have a 10 year old in 5th grade (Josiah didn't really want me following him around at school snapping pics, so I'll wait for his school photos). :)


Johnny is LOVING school, oh my goodness!! He wants to go everyday! I think he is sad it's only 2 days a week! He gets SOOO excited to go and he is SOOO proud of everything from his backpack, to his shoes, to his snack even! It's SO cute. He is always really happy to see me and tell me ALL about his day...or his 2 hours. :)
It is SO precious. I love these times.


I can't leave Josiah out!!! Here is a couple pics of him from the same week as the first week of school at his first soccer game of the season!! Yes, I am a soccer mom. So weird. I LOVE it! Josiah is doing great at soccer and of coarse he LOVES school. He is in the 5th grade now!! He has an awesome male teacher this year who is like 20 something and Josiah thinks he is SO cool. And I feel OLD. Josiah is doing Algebra and LOVING it. Who's kid is this?! :) He is doing so well. He is running for student council and is also stepping into other leadership and mentoring roles at school. He started BAND this year!!!! He is playing the drums. Hopefully he can play on my praise and worship team one day! :) His year is really off to an AWESOME start! This kid amazes me, I am so excited for him.
