Sophia Joy UPDATE!!!!
I had my Dr. appt yesterday! After my check-up, ultrasound, and non-stress test...and much discussion...we decided to go ahead and schedule a C-section for next Thursday the 16th!!
That still gives my body some time to get it's act together if a VBAC is the best way for her to come into the world. :)
But still NOTHING is progressing AT ALL and she appears to weigh about 8 pounds, give or take a little.
Major surgery....not my first choice :)...but I just want her here the very best and safest way for her. I am at total peace with it. And I have been told that a PLANNED c-section will be much easier on me than my emergency one was after 16 hours of hard labor! :)
So...if I don't go into labor before than, we have a CLEAR winner in the coffee contest!!! Leslie D!!! I am so glad it is a "day of love" Leslie :)...funny thing, it is also exactly one week before John's and my 9 year anniversary!!!
We are super excited and SO ready!!!

That is so exciting that you have your date set! Hopefully your body will kick into gear and start getting things going! :o) I know that Asher may not be early, but if he is I'll be very happy! :o) Good luck to you in these last few days! I am so excited for you and cannot wait to see little Sophia! :o)

At my 32 week ultrasound the Doctor guessed Asher would weigh 8 pounds 13 ounces! Lord Jesus! :o) But he always guesses a high weight. He guessed my nephew would be about the same as Asher and he was only 7 pounds 2 ounces. So, we'll see. :o) Have they said anything about Sophia?
I am excited for you - can't wait to meet your little princess, soon Abby will have a little friend to play with (P.S. - my birthday is the 14th - should have had them set up your c-section for that date - that date rocks!Ha!Ha!)Marnie :-)
I'm sad I won't be able to visit you in the hospital but I'll be praying everything goes smoothly! Can't wait to meet Sophia!
